DOUGLAS A. HILL

 

   Douglas A. Hill is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A., 1979) and the University of Georgia School of Law ( J.D.,1983). He has practiced primarily in the areas of domestic relations or family law, including divorce, child custody, child support and alimony, for over sixteen years. He also handles adoptions, probate matters, and other general civil litigation.
 

    Doug was born and raised in the Atlanta area. Following his graduation from law school, Doug established his practice in Marietta with the firm's founding partner, Lawrence B. Custer. He has extensive appellate experience, having handled over twelve appeals before the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
 

    Doug is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia (member Family Law Section), the Cobb County Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), the American Bar Association and the American Judicature Society. He is also a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. Doug enjoys sports and a variety of outdoor activities.
